Why won’t waze route straight through this JB, from Brunswick Rd to McDonald Rd?

The previous map build had the path disabled:
The map build waiting to be published to the app has a recent edit which enabled the path according to the edit history:
There is a delay on the tile build at the moment so it will be a little while before it is published to the app.
