My name is Irad, I work at Waze HQ as a Community Manager and recently took over Estonia.
I mostly work with your neighboring countries and together with the local communities we achieved many great things that improved Waze services.
I’m excited to start the new projects in Estonia with you and hope to build a great community of active users who would like to take part in it.
zCougar will be the Community Coordinator and help communicate the issues to me, so please feel free to raise problems, issues or questions though him, I’ll be happy to answer what I can.

This is the team in charge of communicating with the communities of users worldwide, launching a variety of cool projects that help us improve the app and our services in each country.
We also arrange meetups to meet with the communities face to face, this helps us strengthen our work together and the users get to know us.

I think my biggest surprise was to see how well Waze is doing in Estonia, the map quality is relatively high when comparing to some neighboring countries.
