Yes it is.
Are we sure?
Saskatoon and SGI are still saying its rotational and when I reached out to the enforcement services the other month they too mentioned they were rotational too

Hmm, well if it’s unsure, as SGI and Saskatoon claims they are still all rotational camera perhaps its best to remove it.
