Steps to reproduce this issue:
As a result, there is another problem that leads to the same situation, but the cause is a different situation and is waiting to be solved. This bug actually existed in the version of the editor even earlier than the current update. Also, at that time, the editor menu did not disappear at the end, but now it disappears there, like in the other error vs. 1. Previously, it would just disappear when a newly arrived photo was deleted if one of the existing photos was deleted before accepting it. Now it disappears along with the interface. It disappears forever in the new photo. (Video expires in 2 days)

I haven’t tried it in incognito mode yet, but I don’t think it will make much of a difference like the previous mistake.

There are two scripts loaded in my user interface. But I keep both of them closed from the small menu of the tempermonkey application (since I don’t always need them and scripts usually cause problems).

Hi @Max_Booster, nice catch. So here we have two issues. First of all, when you delete photo under the venue that contains PUR for adding a new photo, WME deletes this PUR. It’s an old bug and it’s not going to be fixed now, cause we are planning to migrate all issue types to proposals (same structure as for suggest an edit for example, now they are different) and during this migration we will prevent this issue as well. So when you see PUR for the new picture, please approve/reject PUR first and only then delete an existing photo.

Another issue that UI crashes in such case - I will create internal issue for that. But just for your understanding - there is no PUR to open.
