Could you also provide screenshots of your issues tracker settings?
I did notice that the one venue you pointed out in your screenshot was approved by a different editor yesterday.
I don’t know the exact time they approved, but wonder if there might have been a path crossing issue.

When there are other PURs (that are showing in the issue tracker) I can see the pin but I can see all the UR pins when all scripts are disabled. I found this one with the script then turned off all scripts and reloaded the page and it was still not showing on the issue tracker but I could click the place and it say there was a pending PUR.
As requested settings for the script and the tracker. I did request the other user to delay adding any additional PURs found in the UR-MP script.

I had set my Issues Tracker to Specific Area (NC) and PURs to show all. Nothing appeared in the left panel and the bubble does not show on the map.
I even tried setting my Issues Tracker to Map Area and PURs to show EV Chargers only and nothing.
But as Elijahpruitt mentioned, there is pending update on the EV Charging Station

It appears to be related I just didn’t test it on beta.

If these are related do I need to hold some of the PURs open for your team to evaluate?

Speeking of PURs. There is a strange phenomena occurring the last couple of weeks in both the prod as beta environment. It happens too when all scripts are disabled.
There are some PURs which barely can been seen. The don’t appear in the list and have only a small blue circle around the PUR point:(unavailable attachment: pura.png)
It is a PUR though, since some modifications needs to be approved. In this case it’s even a new place.(unavailable attachment: purb.png)
It is very annoying, since a PUR can be missed this way,
