Missing UR comments in the UR

The reporter’s comments cannot be seen on Beta WME even though the issue tracker for the UR (highlighted in blue) shows that there was an update at the time I got my email.

It also cannot be seen on production WME even though the issue tracker for the UR (highlighted in blue) shows that there was an update at the time I got my email.

Note that the update times show 17 hr and 18 hr…they are because I took the screenshots at about 5 minutes apart - enough to trigger the hour change.

Hello,
we have also a case in Germany, but not completly the same, but it’s similar.

At first the reporter answered and the comments where visible. After a time the comments from the reporter are gone and now not visible anymore.

I am bumping this Bug, as I am currently experiencing it with one UR, in both Prod and Beta WME. I suspect it may be something on the backend handing of UR replies, not specific to WME or the Client.

As shown below, the UR was submitted on Saturday 2024-11-16 at 11:25 local time. I replied that evening at 18:57. The reporter responded with more details on Monday 2024-11-18 at 13:19 local time. I immediately received an email with their response, as shown below. However, on the UR in WME, the only Conversation message showing is my initial message reaching out to the reporter for more information and clarification about the problem they reported, not their response.

Interestingly (yellow highlight in the email), they also reported unusual behavior: “Sorry for the wait. It sent me your message in email, but for some reason, it took a while to come into waze inbox.”

In my Waze Inbox, I see the same thing as I see in WME. My initial reach-out message to them, but no reply.

I will let them know that I have made some map correction that should fix their route problem, but that I am leaving their report open for staff to investigate the problems sending and receiving messages.

Hello Editors!

We continue to investigate this issue and therefore would need some fresh examples - we cannot see logs for UR comments which are older then 30 days.
If you have experienced the issue over the last 30 days, we will appreciate your examples.
