Hi Editors, I would like to be able to edit the following segments. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Reason: I would like to add a new roundabout/roads around the new subdivision. I was a little skeptical of reopening Ligne Fourth Line because something strange I noticed 3 weeks back in that area (RTC can be removed if segments unlocked).

Not only do I want to do those edits, but the stretch from LSL to Britannia doesn’t have this road classified as Minor Arterial (mH) according to the latest Official Plan, it should just be a Collector road (PS).
