Reason: Need to add the AGC (slip lane) heading east on Goldstream to southbound, due to how far back the gore is and to improve navigation instructions. Has been discussed in #bc-editors.

Updated. The lane guidance will need to be updated on the old segment, as well as added in advance of the new AGC.
