For the last few days, Waze has been refusing to route me over the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol. I drive this route (from Nailsea into Clifton) regularly and have never had any issues until now. Avoid toll roads option is OFF, and there is no way to add an exemption either. Below is an image of the issue.
In testing I can get a route over the bridge ok with a destination closer to the eastern side of the bridge.
Seems waze calculates the three main routes to be very close in terms of duration, at different times of the day.
The roadworks on Victoria Square may be contributing to the difference you’re seeing - if I route to the west of that it’s been more likely to suggest the bridge.
