Chat greyed out in Discuss

Maia,

Not sure if it is related, but all of a sudden my WME Chat does not appear to be working in Discuss.

I first noticed it on the Discuss phone app and also in the Waze App, my chat icon was not active. Now it is not active in my PC Discuss website.

Is the chat working for you in WME? Can you please share a screenshot?

So far, it does appear to be working in both WME Production and WME Beta

Hello John,

I can confirm that the bug is reproducible on my end as well; the WD chat cannot be opened on a mobile device. Most likely this is related to the app bug mentioned by @andres_twins and therefore I will move your post to the relevant thread so you can receive further updates.
