I have a somewhat particular case (Italy):

  • I cannot accept the suggestion as there is a closure set and active.
  • if I try to reject the suggestion I get the error telling me that there are no permissions: Map Editor di Waze

We assume that your case could be related to the issue, which is reported by many users in this thread, that they can not reject suggestions. Let’s wait when that issue is fixed and then you could re-check your case as well.
