Any information about when these streets appear on the Live Map? I’m very curious…Is this a scheduled job which runs once in a time?
Yeah, I think it’s about once a week before they propagate to the livemap. And then it takes some time to get the cached tiles refreshed on your mobile phone (I cheat that by removing and reinstalling the app when I see the livemap has been updated).

Any idea when a basemap will be availably in the netherlands. There must be some sort of free map available from the topografische dienst.
I have spent some time recording roads around culemborg and vianen, but its quite a lot of work!

There is no such thing as a free basemap in the Netherlands. All cartographic products are commercialized, even those created by our nice government.

Started wazing about a week ago, trying to get roads between Rijswijk ZH and Den Haag zuid on the map. Drive this route daily and will drive different routes to et the most out of it.
Have a question on editing the maps, can’t seem to add streetnames etc. Got the links in the dash but map isn’t loading completely or the edit panel isn’t readable. Points earned so far 3765. No rights yet or problem with IE?

I think you always have the rights to edit your own traced routes, whatever your permission level.
I think it might be a problem with IE, is it possible to try another browser? I use firefox and a webkit-based browser (Epiphany) and they both work fine. Maybe someone other can chime in on whether IE works OK enough for editing (I can’t run IE, and I wouldn’t recommend it, but that’s another story).
If you keep having problems, shoot me a personal message.
This is correct - up to a 1-mile radius of the roads you’ve driven.
As far as browsers go, please try to work with firefox and see if that helps. Thanks.

Een collega heeft me aan het Wazen gekregen Ik rijd vooral tussen Rotterdam en Den Haag.
Knap staaltje werk met Kleinpolderplein, enormekever, ziet er erg strak (en ingewikkeld) uit.
Hoe lang heeft de update geduurd naar de live map? Heb vorige week enkele straten van namen voorzien, verschijnen nog niet op de map of op m’n foon.
Als je doelt op mijn wijzigingen bij Kleinpolderplein, die staan nog niet op de live map, dus ook nog niet op m’n foon. Ben ook benieuwd hoe lang dat gaat duren.
Ik heb trouwens de indruk dat straatnamen sneller geupdate worden naar de livemap, dan geometrie-wijzigingen. Iemand anders daar ook ervaring mee?

Dat duurt meestal een paar dagen.
