Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

This is the user’s request: Description

Since a few weeks, tool booth price is wrong.

  1. from Paris to Bordeaux, it said 27 euros, while I paid 27+37.
  2. from Paris to Courtalain, it said 6,70 while I had to pay 11 euros.
    Please review the display of toll booth price.

we need more details about tolls
which entrance which exit and which motorway

Maybe on departure he was routed via south 21 € and rerouted west 60€ .
as waze lost the entrance on rerouting the new toll can’t be updated
