Steps to reproduce this issue:
I was trying to plan a route and I know that the route is has provided is not taking into account planned road closures and is therefore providing an incorrect route

Hello @theMadcabbie,

Many thanks for your report. I have checked some other routes with planned closures and route planning did not take them into account, so it seems that it is working as designed, but I have raised an internal ticket in order to confirm whether this is indeed an intended behavior. I will let you know once there is an update on that.
