I would want to know how both operate. Though I hope it is the same 
I don’t have a specific example handy, sorry. Essentially, I want to know if I must search for the exact address “10-20 Market St” or if I can search for 10 Market St or 12 Market St and still get the 10-20 Market St result returned.
Closure are removed, but the segment is still on closure. and I can’t edit the segment, as it still have closure on it.
tested on both WME version without any script

This is not related to an updated release of the map editor. That is a per country setting. You can contact your country leadership about that. Because of the potential for abuse, it is unlikely to change. However, a trusted editor can be given real time closure ability within a specified area.

Hi,
When creating new segments, the specified street name sometimes disappears, requiring you to enter it again.
Address > Enter street name > Apply > Entered street name not visible: Address rectangle only shows None.
