Reason: UR reporting a permanent ‘No left turn’ for SB James N to EB Barton. I’m still asking them if it also applies for NB James N left turn to WB Barton as well (don’t do this one for now until I hear back from them).

No worries. Unfortunately the UR was only more focused on the SB left turn, so I’ll mark this thread as solved for now.
