Thank you for the report! To help us investigate this, could you please record a video of the issue with the console opened in your Browser, so we could see the error?
To open the console in Chrome Developer Tools:
- Right-click anywhere on the page and select “Inspect”
- Click on the “Console” tab in the Developer Tools window. This will open the console where you can see any error messages or logs related to the issue.
Could you please also indicate the exact date and time when the issue occurs?
