The roundabout seems ok, however the segments are red because you left it unnamed. You should select all roundabout segments, click the naming menu at the top left and only enter the city name, for the street name just check the box that says “None”, then apply and save.
Are you getting a saving error? What does the error message say?
Parking Lot Roads will not prevent a 4 wheeled vehicle from being routed there.
Waze currently only handles a “private car” and a “taxi” mode, there is no mode for 2-wheeled vehicles yet. So if those streets are only suited for pedestrians and/or motorcycles and scooters you could use the “Walking Trail” type instead. Waze will then not ask a car to turn onto those streets.
However if one day Waze enabled a motorcycle mode, you should then keep the type as “Street” and in the left menu apply a restriction (yellow button) and say driving is prohibited for all types except “Motorcycle”.
