Closing Street View panel jumps back to previous position

Is this a…:
Standard bug

Steps to reproduce this issue:

  1. Set down the Street View handle in a location
  2. Move to a new location (click a map issue, search for a location and move to it, etc.)
  3. Close the street view panel
  4. You will be teleported back to the initial position the street view handle was dropped

It’s especially painful when adding school zones and we need to look for the signs in every direction around a school.

There has been a fix, however, it is currently in the release pipeline (it has not been deployed yet). I will let you know once it has been rolled out.

While it is a pain, the workaround (when I remember to do it) is to just move the SV handle real quick before closing the SV window. Works 100% of the time (when I remember)

Can’t wait for the fix to get deployed :smiley:
