Can't accept suggestion - Error "Incompatible isEmpty & name attributes for new street"

An old 2020 road was created by an L1 and left unnamed and disconnected, likely from a road pave.

Using suggest an edit, an editor has fixed the direction, road type, unpaved status, left the name blank (correct) and added the correct city. I am unable to accept the suggestion as correct however, I receive the error “Incompatible isEmpty & name attributes for new street” when I try to save.

There are several of these which I’ll reject and fix manually, but I’ll leave this one open for investigating.
